🎁Gift Vouchers

~Vouchers have **no cash value** and cannot be exchanged for money, but they can be **given to someone else** if you’re unable to use them.

~To reserve a place using a voucher, please **get in touch with us** by phone (07535 970262) or email aumsthaikitchen2025@gmail.com

~Bring your **voucher on the day** of your class—either printed or on your phone.

~Please treat vouchers with care; once issued, they are **your responsibility**. If one is misplaced, contact us and we’ll do our best to help locate or reissue it.

 🗓️Booking & Cancellations

~Once a booking is made, it applies to the **specific date and time** chosen. Changes can only be made with **at least four weeks’ written notice**.

~If you can’t make your class, you’re welcome to **send another person in your place**. Just let us know in advance so we can note any allergies or dietary details.

~For voucher bookings, please **quote your voucher number** when reserving.

* Occasionally, we may need to **adjust the menu or class format**. Any updates will always be of equal or greater value and quality.

~In the rare event that we must cancel a class, you’ll be offered either a **full refund** or **an alternative date**, whichever suits you best.

~Group sessions need at least **three participants** to go ahead. If fewer are booked, we’ll rearrange your session or refund you in full.

~Food made during your session can be **enjoyed on-site** or **taken home** in your own containers. We’ll provide guidance on safe storage and reheating, but once the food leaves our kitchen, it’s your responsibility to handle it safely.

~Class times and schedules may occasionally change. If a new date doesn’t work for you, we’ll refund your payment in full.
